1. not enough people, you have to quit
2. it is not important to be in the raid. The most important is to ensure that you can beat the boss by enough people
3. I am not able to save your ticket
4.If this is 5 star boss raid, you have to ensure that at least there will be enough people in the raid. Many people leave the raid in the last second, you have to pay attention to this!

Which raid you need, you can say it in your pokemon.

It happens to me every time when I host a raid.
Althoug I only have 5 slots, I get about 8-10 friend requests.

I'm so sorry for everyone whom I can't invite them :/

Is there anything I can do to prevent this from happening?

  When one of your guests cancel (even after they raided) other trainer replace them.
  You can prevent it by tapping end button beside your name.
  
  If you mean your list has 5 people and you received request from more, they give your friend code to others and you don’t need to invite those who are not on your list.
  You can select who to invite by copying the list and paste it to search your friends.

Hi!

I recently hosted a raid, ended it and went into queue for another one.

After a while I checked my friendlist and found that 3 people had added me - strange. I look and I see that my raid is still on the active raid list. i do not know how it stayed open. I am very sorry to anyone that was waiting for me, i do not think it was my fault. Is this something anyone else has had recently?

  Genesect is not hard. You can beat it with 2or3 people if they are prepared.
