「HDR」に関するコードが追加されています。これにより、GOスナップショットなどがより綺麗に撮れそうです。

HDR は High Dynamic Range (ハイダイナミックレンジ) の略語です。HDR を使うと、iPhone、iPad、iPod touch のカメラは、露出の異なる写真を 3 枚連写して、それぞれのよいところを自動的に合成してくれます。通常の露出で 1 枚、風景の一番明るいところと暗いところに合わせたものを 1 枚ずつ、計 3 枚を合成します。これで、色や細部がきれいな写真が 1 枚仕上がります。

11/19のアップデートでは、シャドウ＆ライトが未登場の458種ものポケモンに、シャドウ＆ライトの名前データが追加されました。それが今回すべて削除されています。
※ポケモンGOの未実装の内部データは頻繁に削除→復活→削除→…されることがあるため、この458種の名前データも今後再復活しそうです。
不具合情報：ロケットレーダー画面から戻れない
ロケットレーダー画面に×ボタンが表示されず、通常画面に戻れない不具合が発生しているようです。ゲーム再起動することで戻れるようです。
